Projects, Past and Present

This is a screened in porch, and two decks constructed in Carroll County, Md. All exposed wood is covered in composite materials even the posts and beams.

 

All retaining walls and paver work, even steps were constructed by our friends @ Stoneridge Hardscapes.

       A concrete stairway to the basement where only  a window was before. Block retaining walls with a vinyl railing system. Not pictured is the new walkway to the driveway.               

Before work began this was just a screened porch,  but, construct walls, add insulation windows, siding, and a heat and air conditioning system, now you have a beautiful room which can be enjoyed year round. All windows are double hung full screen and tilt in for easy cleaning.
